I have been installing the Ram Jack Foundation System in North Carolina for 11 years now and had the misfortune of having a seawall fail at my summer home in Morehead City. The wall had just been installed when it failed due to both the installer's lack of ability to calculate the appropriate load and the use of old technology, which has remained a standard in this industry for years.

Being in the business of repairing normal failed walls on homes, buildings and retaining walls, I developed a way through trial and error to pull my wall back into place. By supporting my wall through multiple tension points I was able to create a more sophisticated and reliable system for seawall repair. Proving the success of my design through numerous installations since this has prompted me to make this seawall repair system available to all homeowners through dealerships across the nation.

Coastal Timber Support

Using Timber Pile Support System

Sandy soils and beach erosion cause homes built on timber pilings to shift and sink over time. Ram Jack installs helical piers and piling brackets to hold the piling in place, and uses the standoff bracket to hold the helicals in place during the lifting process. These brackets keep the timber pilings straight with no tilt.

The brackets are a unique design patented by Ram Jack.

Bulkhead Seawall Tieback

Using Tie-Back Support System

Ram Jack installs helical piers and seawall brackets to repair bowing concrete and vinyl seawalls. The brackets can also be installed during sea wall construction to prevent bowing from the start. The helicals are driven deep into the soil to hold the pressure from the wall and straighten it. Ram Jack includes a five-year warranty on the sea wall brackets.

These sea wall brackets are a unique patent pending design by Ram Jack.
